My dd had been wanting for so long to take Cricket to a pool to swim. She was hoping that Cricket would love the pool as much as she loved puddles when it rained, or rolling in the spray of the sprinklers - here is a page of her in puddles https://ozone.oscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=234600&title=bath-time&cat=all. Unfortunately, Cricket was petrified of the pool, and clung to Rachel for dear life. Rachel tried to ease her into the water, but it just was not to be. She is a puddle dog!
Journaling reads: Because Cricket loves puddles, Rachel hoped she would take to the pool. Although Cricket hated the pool, in the end, she still gave Rachel a big kiss.
