Last year, while walking through the toy store, Georgia fell in love with a purple plush stick-unicorn. She loved it SO much, we couldn't get her to leave. I did my best to convince her to ask Santa for it, but she insisted that if she left the unicorn there, he wouldn't be able to get it, someone else would. I finally got her to leave, by hiding the unicorn and promising we'd write a letter to Santa, telling him about it (no, she can't actually read and write yet, but she can copy letters!). So we went home and Grandad drew her a picture of her stick unicorn. She colored it in and then 'wrote' her letter, which she left out with the milk and cookies on Christmas Eve.

Yes, Santa DID bring her the stick-unicorn.
