Process:
AASPN APP Solid paper 1 was placed, with Transfer over the paper. Postage Stamp frame #3 was placed and resized, and my photo was clipped to the mask. Several palette brushes were stamped beneath the frame, one extending on the right mimicking the lilacs. Palette elements were clustered around the WordArt and beaded threadz. Finally, the palette dot_overlay was placed with a hue/saturation adjustment of colorize.
