I wish my dd would bring her camera with her and take more pictures, but instead I have to be happy with the one or two cell photo low res shot they get here and there. Better than nothing, I guess. Deadmau5 (pronounced deadmouse) is a guy that produces electronica, neotrance-dance music which are sounds and songs mixed electronically, usually with a heavy base beat. Deadmau5 wears a big mouse head when he performs and it includes intracate light shows. I first saw him on TV watching the New Years Eve celebrations this past year. It is all the rage for many of the young college kids to go to "Raves", which can go for 3 nights, and includes multiple music acts. At a deadmau5 show, most of the audience will wear some sort of mouse head or ears - many of which light up.

Journaling reads: Being the big Electronica fan that Rachel is, when she found out there was an open call for people to be in the new Deadmau5 music video of Professional Griefers, she immediately signed up. Rachel, Aubrey and Aubreys boyfriend Joe drove up to Sepulveda Dam in Van Nuys so thrilled at this opportunity. Rachel feels that Deadmau5 has immense talent. They were able to get right up at the front barrier when they arrived, and during breaks were seated about 2 feet from both Joel (Deadmau5) and Gerard Way (from My Chemical Romance), who was doing the vocals. They worked on the shoot until the early morning hours. As a mom, I hated them going so far away, but I know the 3 of them are pretty level headed, so I have to keep telling myself that she is 20 years old now, and I have to learn how to stop being so over-protective, but still I stressed all night until I got the text saying they had made it back, and she was sleeping on Joes couch.
