Artplay Palette Urbicolous (traffic light)

Process
Artsy paper 5 from APP Gadabout Bonus was used as the foundation of the page. The Skyline brush was placed inside the textured area. The Statue of Liberty (I've only seen the Statue once and have used this photo multiple times, well worth the fee for the ferry ride) was extracted, duplicated with a torn paper filter applied (foreground set to blue, background set to white). A hard light blending mode was applied with a reduced opacity. The street signs and MM City element were added. Artsy Transfer Gadabout_4 was added. The lines were recolored blue and some of the layers were turned off. The page was completed by adding the traffic light (color burn blending mode), splatters and wordart.
