Christmas Memories I was much older than this picture in my first Christmas memory. But the memory involves another doll. We lived in California. I was in the 4th grade. We had moved there earlier in the year from Indiana. I remember that I wanted a fashion doll. I dont remember any other requests, but I did get the fashion doll. She had bendable elbows and knees. She also came with a travel bag. She was dressed in a beautiful outfit that would be considered a business suit today. I was so proud of that doll! I only remember one more doll after the fashion doll and that was a bride doll. Then, I grew out of dolls. No more dolls.....only clothes!

I love your story! It's funny how our Dolls are the gifts we remember most. They were our "babies" after all. Of course a "fashion doll" is big time cool! I love the photo! Especially the placement, and the placement of the text along side it. Then placing it all under the tree (element) Perfectly done! A Wonderful story and page!
