Austin is a haven for street art. We even have an outdoor gallery just for local artists to showcase their talents. This is mural in progress. I love how the artist's clothes match his art.

Process notes:
I used ArtsyPaper No. 4 as my background. I placed my photo and a FotoBlendz mask, clipped them together. Added two transfers from the kit under the masked photo to simulate more grass. Also added a transfer to upper right to look like paint on the mural. Made a composite layer (shift+opt+cmd+e) and applied a cutout PhotoShop filter. Masked out some of the mural to make it look like it was a work in process. Duplicate the layer and applied a poster edges PhotoShop layer, set on vivid light at 37%. Also masked out some of it. Added and recolored the wordART as the final touch.
