Process
I opened Artsy Transfers Chatter_5 and clipped the photo to the large paint area. The photo was duplicated and clipped to an upper paint layer. The color of some of the layers were adjusted using the Hue/Saturation Adjustment tool, others were deleted. The line layers from AT Chatter_1 were added over the paint layers. A composite image was made and imported to a 12x12 page. Pattern paper 1 from APP Chatter was used as the background. The blending mode of the composite image was changed to color burn. Brushes and transfers from APP Chatter were added. A splatter from APP Vintage Summer was also added. The branch from APP Home was added, along with several Urban Stitchez 2. Embellishments and word art were added to complete the page.

You've achieved that wonderful bright-sun washed out look that is exactly Florida, yet with the great bright colors of Chatter. I love how you've used the lines of Chatter, supplemented with stitched lines. This is just beautiful :)

Love the photo blending and the lines. The architecture is all about the sun coming in those windows!

Wonderful info in your journaling.. it is interesting how architecture reflects the region and can be identified by that alone. I am sure in Florida,weather resistance if a big factor.The lines of the transfers and APP work really well here.

This really caught my attention in the gallery; I am a sucker for bright happy color, and a closer look did not disappoint! I love how the crisp modern lines of this Florida home are repeated in your design!

Bright sun ... first place that comes to mind is Florida and your layout does not disappoint! From your title, however, I'm wondering if you will be taking us on a housing tour ... are we making a journal; whatever the reason, I look forward to more

The lines really echo the rays of the hot Florida sun(not so much this year). Great example of a contemporary home--very sleek and linear.
