Notes: Opening a new 12 x 12 file in PS, I started to play around with the title of the page, putting the letters on separate layers, resizing and positioning until I was pleased. I linked all the layers together. Whatever else I put on the page had to work with this configuration. I also went through quite a few fonts until I found one I really liked.

As my foundation, I brought in solid paper one and started to add several transfers and art stroke, the main transfer along the bottom left that reaches across the page, is blended to Color Burn. Going back to the title, I used Blend Ifs to bring out the background of each letter.

Bringing in the psd artsy flower, resizing and positioning, I changed the color of the flower just a little bit with a Hue/Saturation adjustment to better match the colors of the kit.

The photo was brought in, resized and placed at the bottom between the letters and a stroke was added around it. I used the Liquify Tool to give it some squiggles. Underneath these layers, using the Shape Tool, I drew out a white rectangle and used the Blend Ifs on it. Its very subtle, but its there.

Duplicating the photo and making it larger, I went to Image=Adjustments=Threshold and played with the slider until I got what I liked. I brushed out the hard edges with a layer mask and blended the photo to Color Burn and turned down the fill opacity to 45%. I added brushes from the kit at the top and side, coloring them blue and blended to Color Burn.

Serendipitously the perfect quote fell into my lap to use in my page while I was working on it and added it next to the flower in blue and using the Blend Ifs, blended to Color Burn.

To finish the page, I added a stain under the quote and a paper texture to the right of the quote using colors from the kit, then sprinkled the subtle confetti.
Wonderful LO in general, but I especially like your use of the title font. I buzzed over to dafont and picked it up. Don't think I would have if I hadn't seen how great it looks on your LO.

Splendid. My eyes got so drawn to that lovely font and the little photo that I only saw the blended photo on the 3rd occasion.

Love the great background you've created, the wordart is beautiful, an awesome page!!
