Ive taken lots of photos during the year from this view point, including at night and used a few in some layouts. Its the lamp post in the foreground that makes the shot for me. It was the stark white light while the snow was falling that really struck me on this particular morning.

Notes: Starting with the stripe paper, I brought in the photo and with a reverse layer mask and using the AnnaBlendz brushes, I brought the photo back out. I placed the title of the page above the photo to the left and the art stroke overlay at the base of the lamp post. I modified the art stroke a little with a layer mask which I prefer over the eraser tool . . . I can change my mind with a layer mask, which I often do. I tucked in the word art under the title. Just above the paper layer, I placed the sparkle edge.
Using brushes from the kit as well as stains and using only one blue shade, I stamped above and below the the photo by the tree and to the right of the buildings in the photo as well as the tape texture. I worked the spackle texture the same way, not using a color.
I tucked the frame under the left side of the photo and again, with a layer mask, I eliminated areas of the frame I didnt want. I clipped a transfer to the frame and blended it to Multiply.
I added the beads and the date label and called it done.
