Process
A solid paper from APP Neige was used as the foundation of the page. The image was clipped to a fotoblendz mask. Using the Hue/Saturation adjustment tool the blue sky of the image was desaturated. Transfers, the red string, and a brush from APP Whizzo were added. Snow Sprays were stamped onto the page and inverted to make them white. ScriptTease text, glitter alphas, birds and a label word were added. Dimensional elements finished off the page. Sorry, I dont know where the red snowflakes came from. They were on an old layout that I did many years ago.
