One Christmas, my sister gave me some framed art that featured several vintage Santa postcards. (She found some and had a local framer create the art.) I faithfully hung it up every Christmasuntil my young nephews lived with me. The youngest one had a nightmare about that "creepy Santa" hanging on the wall. I always thought that Santa looked kind, but from a kid's perspective, I guess he is kinda creepy. What do you think? Kind or creepy?
Card was sent to Mr. Earl Browdy of Oklahoma City on December 23, 1912, by Rogers Kennedy of Winfield, Kansas.

Process notes:
I used ArtsyPapers No. 3 from ArtPlay Palette Joyeux as my backgroundand added lots of transfers from the new Artsy Transfers Joyeux around to create a backdrop form my postcardactually, I think I used all of them. Ha ha ha. I placed my vintage postcard art and blended it into the background. Added the holly transfers from APP Joyeux on each side for a more Christmas feeling. I placed the scanned copy of the back of the postcard and blended it in. The trees from MultiMedia Holiday No. 4 and faint text the final touches.
Thanks so much for looking.
