I processed the photo. I changed the colors to brown sepia and used some artistic Filters on it.
In a new document I clipped the photo and a copy of the photo to 2 Flock FotoBlendz. I placed a sketch of the photo under it. I added all the Artsy transfers and brushes. I placed a backgroundpaper. I placed the WordArt.
I sharpened the page and did some Dodge and Burn work.
I merged the layers and on a new layer I made a selection of one brown pixel. I gave it a Gaussian blur and reduced the opacity.
