I used some Artistic Filters on the photo. I made several layers with filters and blended them together.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a 12 X 12 Page FotoBlendz. I placed the backgroundpaper. I added all the transfers and brushes. I placed the elements and the WordArt. I placed a 12 X 12 Page FotoBlendz colored to white on top and blended it in with a layermask. I placed the glow from MultiMedia Birds No. 1.
