I made the photo Black and White. I used several filters on it from Photoshop and Topaz Impression. I gave it more contrast with a Curves Adjustment Layer.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a FotoBlendz Overlay. I placed the background paper and brushed a bit solid white color under the photo. I placed all the Halloween brushes and the Wordart. I placed some transfers and a stroke brush from ArtPlay Palette Vintage Halloween.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
