I made the photo black and white and gave it a lot of contrast with the Curves Adjustment layer.
I used a filter from Topaz Impression on it.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a FotoBlendz Overlay. I placed the backgroundpaper. I added all the transfers and the brushes. I placed the elements from ArtsyHalloween No. 1 and the text.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work.
