Process
I approached this layout as I would with a multimedia journaling page. I used an artsy page that I recoloured using a hue and saturation layer. Artsy Transfers from various palettes were recoloured using the same technique, ( I grouped each AT set for ease). Brushes were stamped to create a textured effect. My photograph was added and a hue and saturation adjustment layer added to alter the colours to blue. Embellishments were added and wordART.
