For my layout:
I started with the gold paper, I tweak the photo to make it warmer that way it will blend with the paper, add magiclights, elements and wordart. After all is in place I place the photobomb on the top of the layout changing the mode to overlay and changing opacity tweak some portions that I want less or more gold.
