I extracted the dancing child from the photo. I did a Threshold on the extracted girl. I then used several Artistic filters on it (Colored Pencil, Charcoal)
I opened it in a new document, duplicated it and clipped a paper from APP Amidst to both. I placed a backgroundpaper. I added all transfers and brushes also from PaintedLeaves No. 3. I placed the frame from MM Accordion No. 1. I made the frame a little lighter. I clipped a paper to the photomasks of the frame. I arranged the photo layers above the paper photomasks. I blurred the backgroundpaper with Gaussian blur. I placed the WordArt and colored it. I placed some artstrokes.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening. I gave the page some more vibrance and saturation.
