I used:
Artsy accessoires, Gessopieces, Artsy Bits and Pieces, Paperset Vintage papers, Wordarts, Magic Lights, Watercolorblenders.

I extracted the face of the woman with the pen tool. I used several Artistic Filters on it. I layered all the copies with the filters and blended them and brushed parts in with the use of Layermasks. I placed the extracted and Artistic made lady in a new document. I used the Watercolorblenders over the photo on several layers so I could set the Blendmode for each layer. I placed ArtsyBits and set them in other blendmodes, I used the Gessopieces and blended them in with a Layermask. I placed Magic Lights in different Blendmodes. Also Artsy Accessoires and the Wordart was placed! I clipped the photo with some Gaussian blur on it to the wordart. I placed a paper from Paperset Vintage papers on top of all the layers and blended it in, but I erased parts of the face.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work. Also I gave the page a bit more Vibrance.
