I gave the photo some Artistic Filters in Photoshop and Topaz Impression.
In a new document I clipped the photo to 2 masks from WaterColor FotoBlendz No 7. The top layer was set to Overlay Blendmode. I placed the backgroundpaper I copied that paper and rotated it vertical and horizontal to get the black ink spot on both sides of the layout.. I placed all the brushes and the transfers from the APP Whizzo. They came under and over the photo and some brushes were colored in colors from the photo. I duplicated and rotated some transfers to get some balance in the page. I made a square and stroked it with 25 white pixels and gave it some shadow. I placed the elements and the WordArt. I placed the Button Thread.
I merged the layers and sharpened the page! I gave the page a bit more warmth with a warm photofilter at 6%.
