I Played with the Artistic Filters in Photoshop on the photo. I layered different copies with my results and blended them in with a layermask!
In a new document I clipped the photo and a duplicate of the photo to 2 Blending Mask. I photo was set to Overlay Blendmode. I placed the Solid Backgroundpaper and made it black and white with more blending on the white! I placed all the Artsy Bits and the Magiclights using different Blendmodes. I placed the Word art and a Vintage style on an Artsy Bit too! I colored an Awesome page blender with a solid color from the layout and placed it over the background layer.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work! I gave the page a warm photofilter at 6%.
