I did some color corrections to my photo. In a new document I clipped the photo to a WaterColor FotoBlendz. I placed the background paper from APP Flourish and blended it with the white layer under it. I placed the frame. I placed the brushes and transfers from the APP and the WatercolorFeathers. I placed the elements and the Flourish WordART. I colored the WA in with different color brush strokes. I extracted one flower and copied it to a new layer to give it some more dept!
