Neve just loves this Jacura hat we bought in Australia :)
I started with the template and used 5A which I rotated and on top positioned the main photograph clipped to a watercolour fotoblendz; this I duplicated and set the top layer to colour dodge. The rest was clipping artsy papers to the masks, some of which I deleted and others I changed the proportions. Behind the text is a png from MM Suns 1, I also repeated this sun behind the date to highlight the day along with one of Ella's arrows. I've also used a scribble sailing boat brush and some other splatters and tapes from MM suns 1 and 2.
