Process
The image was opened in PS where I ran it through some adjustments layers to get the right look. I then added a commercial free texture over the image to give it a painty look and brushed out the texture on the boat to make it stand out from the background . ATransfers were dragged onto the canvas and recoloured adding a Hue Saturation (Image - Adjustments - Hue Saturation) and Colour Overlays ( Layer - Layer Style - Colour Overlay) layer I then blended my photo into the transfers. I stamped paper texture and postage brushes and added some wordART. Using the pen tool I drew a bumpy path for my text to appear on. I clicked the type tool selected the font I wanted and the size, held my mouse over the path until it turned into I-beam cursor and clicked and typed my text. A brad and charm were added.
