Buko is my new grand-dog, headed to a kill shelter (over 2 years old, considered to have less adoption potential than the others in overcrowded conditions) UNTIL he crossed paths with my daughter and her fiance at a last-ditch adoption fair. Welcome, Buko! The name translates, in the Tagalog language, to Coconut. While we have yet to meet, I love him already.

Notes in Photoshop Elements 14
I discovered the Smart Brush tool in Elements today, which is really cool. I clicked lots of options--the photo is the result of all of that playing around. I placed it on the page using the Fotoblendz, and then framed it with the Decor, Paper Texture, and Pin brushes from the new Brush Bundle. From there it was kind of a no-brainer for me to choose the Destiny Artplay Palette to finish my layout, because this love affair was obviously meant to be.
