Process
The quote came first, then the photo, then the layout. I started with the background used a solid paper then layered a watercolour background that I had painted and scanned. The page was built up using a mixture of transfers from APP Moments. I then added my photo, duplicated and processed it using a sketch technique. It was duplicated, the original moved to the top a colour burn blending mode was added. I duplicated it again and added a screen blending mode. Two more text pages were added on top of the image, inverting the layers I brushed back in the text where I wanted it. The quote was added loops and threadz also. Finally I added some lovely new brushes postcards and paper textures, these are going to be favourite!
