I gave the photo an artistic look with several Artistic Filters in Photoshop and Topaz Impression.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a Foto N FrameBlendz. I placed the background paper and the frame. I placed all the transfers and the brushes under and over the photo. I placed the elements and the WordArt. Some WordArt was blended in.
