Process
A solid paper from APP Florence was used as the base of the page. Artsy Transfer Florence_1 was opened up. The photo was clipped to a transfer, duplicated and clipped to another transfer. Some of the layers were moved, turned off or the blending mode was changed. Once I was satisfied with the outcome, the layers were merged, duplicated two more times with the blending modes changed to screen and hardlight (reduced opacity). An artsy paper from APP Moorlands was clipped to a Country 2 brush, duplicated with the blending mode changed to linear burn and duplicated again. These layers were merged together and layered behind the main photo. APP et Voila pattern paper was placed above the brush and photo. Because the design was green and I wanted it a light brown, I used the magic wand and highlighted the green and then filled it in with a light brown color. The blending mode of the paper was changed to darken to better blend in. A layer mask was added and the top portion of the paper was brushed out. The opacity of the paper was then reduced. Several transfers and overlays from APP Inclement and APP Summer Days were layered onto the page. The Hue/Saturation levels were reduced. MultiMedia elements, word art, and embellishments were added to complete the page.
