This is my first double layout, and it's dedicated to Linda Davis, whose beautiful double flower pages have inspired me and I'm sure all of us. Her peony page tutorial here http://photostorify.com/peonies/ was just the impetus I needed after shooting the beautiful peonies at Tower Hill Botanic Garden last week.
I used the same template and pretty much followed her steps, and also looked at some of her other flower book pages for inspiration. The lace is from APP Anything and behind the main layout I used Photoinspired Edge Template 2-3, which I flattened and clipped to a large version of the photo on the top right, and you can see some of the flower coming through in the journaling box. The button is from APP Radiant and the stitches from Urbanstitchez 9. The title font is Sunkissed and the journaling font is Gabriel Sans Condensed Light.
I hope to do a flower book as well, and Linda has shown me the perfect way to do it!
