I tend to collect photos more than take them for some strange reason. (Probably because my Dad loved technology and filmed home movies all the timethe most embarrassing home movies. I mean he even filmed us going to the car on our way to a studio to take a family portrait!) But I love vintage photos and ephemera. Anna's new bike brushes have a vintage flair that went so well with some of my finds from the New York Public Library Digital database. Also used a few contemporary photos from Pixabay.

Process notes:
I opened up FotoInspired DoubleTemplate No. 66 and began clipping photos to the masks. Most of my photos had some orange in them, so I use an Artsty Paper from APP Pierian as the base. I also placed several transfers from APP Tangier behind a few photos for more interest. I added a few elements and a key line for additional interest. Oh, I added a sepia tint to the upper left photo and used a gradient on the lower right photo. And I stamped the bike brushes on a layer above the masks. On the upper right photo, I placed a transfer behind the stamp so it was more easily seen. These FI templates are perfect for a collection of photos with a theme.
