I used some Artistic Filters from photoshop and Topaz Impressions on the photo. I clipped it to an Original FotoBlendz. I made a dispersion look with some of the splatters from the AT Sol. ( I clipped the photo that was a bit stretched to the splatters) I extracted a big part of the duck for transparency behind it.
In a new document I placed the photo layer. I added a solid backgroundpaper. I placed the transfers and brushes and did a bit of recoloring. I placed the element. I placed the WordArt and clipped the stretched photo again but now to the WordArt.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work. I gave the page a bit more vibrance and saturation.
