It's been another creative drought for me, but I finally came up with a diagonal layout from Anna's class. The lovely dahlia was part of a beautiful bouquet sent to my by a wonderful friend when I was going through a rough time. I dedicate this to all of my wonderful friends, online or in person, who have been there for me when I've struggled. I want so much to be the kind of friend that my friends are to me.
And now the process - I used a base paper for APP Sweet Pea, recolored to match the flower. Then I used transfers from AT Euphoria, AT Love Letters, Mini For You, Pieran, and Quaintsville, turning off, moving, recoloring,and transforming individual layers to get the look I wanted.
The flower is masked with a Fotoblenz and a LoopDaLoop from Jazzed Up 5 was added on top, with the glows manipulated to get this look. I also replaced the button with a sun charm to match the theme. I copied and added the photoglows to the flower and placed it in a stitched sun. It's hard to see but I also copied the flower, reduced the size, rotated it, and put it in the top right on two layers set to overlay. Word Art is from Sunkissed Mix 1.
