For this effect I followed Marianne's Wonderful tutorial shown in this weeks NBK's Technique Challenge producing a shadowed 3D effect.

I used NBK's SPACE-NIGHT-Paper-Solids9 https://www.oscraps.com/shop/Space-Night-MMpapers.html with a "Cracked" overlay. After duplicating the Main image I applied a sketch effect then restored some of the original color with a mask. The shadow on the WA was made by creating a new layer from the shadow layer then transforming the shape with the CTRL key held down while stretching the layer to produce the long shadow
