I gave the photo an artsy treatment using several Artistic filters in photoshop.
In a new document I clipped the photo and a copy of the photo to a brush from APP Awaken, and a CanvasTransfer. I placed the backgroundpaper. I placed all the brushes and transfers under and over the photo. Some were recolored and rotated. I placed the ScriptTease Spring brushes. I made a frame with the strokes. I typed the text with the Biloxi Script
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work. I gave the page a warm photo filter at 15%.
