Beautiful photos! You asked about fonts...always a hard decision to make. I know a lot of people like Aura Blue, which is a calligraphy font, for titles; to keep things readable, for text I use either Arial Narrow (to squeeze in more words!) or one of the Caslon/Times New Roman-type serif fonts.
