Process
Artsy paper 5 from APP Sweet Pea was used as the background. Several AnnaBlendz Artsy 8 png files were layered over the prom photo (resized, rotated) until I was satisfied with the coverage. These png files were then merged together and the prom photo was clipped to it. Using a soft black brush with a reduced opacity, areas around the face were painted back in. The dress up photo was extracted (dark background and lots of clutter). It was duplicated with a slight gaussian blur was added with the blending mode was changed to darken and a reduced opacity. A transfer from APP Sweet Pea was clipped to the frame mask and then placed behind the dress up photo. A variety of Magic Sparkles (inverted to white) were layered around the page. More transfers, embellishments and word art were added to complete the page.
