Process | I began with the artsy background paper and added a FotoBlendz clipping mask. After clipping my photo I used the AnnaBlendz Artsy No. 8 brushes to blend my photo a bit more. I added the Decor Art No. 1 to the bottom to create a wave like appearance and Spackle Textures to the right side. I used the Mini Dots to further enhance the ocean feel of the layout and used the Paper Textures to anchor the dimensional elements on the left side of the layout.
