Sorry! I realized that in my first submission I failed to follow the rule of using half pinkadoo products. I guess I read "Oscraps products" by mistake. I did it right on this one.
The CENTER-VERTICAL TicTacToe requirements are from Pinkados layered template from Template Challenge 1:

Paint: the peach colored paint splat, recolored with a green to blue gradient
Blending: The portion of the photo outside the frame
Additionally, I added stitching on both vertical edges of the photo: pinkadooee23
