Another LO using Ronee Parsons In Dreams Kit - this is one to use over and over. A snap of someone's children at the beach a few years ago. I used loads of papers with blends and different opacity and overlaid the text with another. Fonts are Ragey and SectionIntersection. Bird brush by Vanilla from Seishido. TFL
