I made 4 copies of the photo. On each photo I did another phototreatment. I blended parts in of each photo to become one artsy photo with different treatments.
In a new Letter sized document I placed this photo in the center. I started layering transfers and colored brushes over the photo using different Blendmodes. I placed some WordArts and Elements and clipped the WA on the element. I Blended the parts in that I wanted, using Layermasks. I made a composite layer of all my layers so I could use Blendmodes on the total page without effecting the layers that were already blended. I duplicated the whole page and set it to Multiply on 30% opacity. I placed the Photolayer on top again and blended some parts from the face back in with a Layermask. I placed some more elements and wordArt to create the title.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work. I gave the page more Vibrance and a little bit Saturation.
