Process
Artsy paper 5 from APP Ocean Cove was used as the background of the page. The photo was processed through a filter in Stackables on my iphone and clipped to a fotoblendz mask. The photo was duplicated with the blending mode changed to hardlight (reduced opacity). Wave transfers from APP Ocean Cove and an overlay from APP Chills were layered over the photo. Bits of papers from the kit were clipped to the Scissored Scallop masks. A transfer was layered over the scallops obscuring the edges a bit and adding more texture to the page. The page was completed by adding word art, embellishments and paint splatters.
