A few weeks ago I participate in a poem class/ workshop

One of the assignment were pick a noun (merel/ Blackbird), a colour (Pink/ Roze) and a verb (trouwen/ marry)

A translation (I warn you the poem is nonsens -) Birkbird loves pink, not (to) marrying, that's not keeping,

Is Pink allowed for such a black bird?

or to marry is to keep (In Dutch the two verbs rimes and is a saying 'Trouwen is houwen") Pink has its beauty for black birds too, to marry is to keep, pink birds, Where?

I found an silhouette photo on Pixabay , I selected the black to make a clipping mask of it. I clipped a selction of paint / transfers

I wanted to have a same kind of effect with the dragonfly. I Crt- clicked on the icon in the layers palette to get the contour of the fly selected. Then I filled it with black and used it as a clipping mask.
