I made the photo Artistic in Photoshop with Artistic filters and the History Brush. I made several layers of treatments and I blended them together with layermasks. I also used several Blendmodes to get a bold color.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a Blending Mask. The frame came behind the photo. I played with all the brushes and Artsy Bits and Pieces and used different Blendmodes. I placed some elements and word arts. I placed Magic lights in different Blendmodes. The word Pure was set in different Blendmode, to get some underlying color in. I also placed some swirls.
