Process
Artsy paper 4 from APP EnRoute was used for the base of the page. The photo was layered on the page with an inverted layer mask added. Using a textured brush, the image was painted back. The image was duplicated, with the blending modes changed to color burn and hard light. Using the same textured brush, painting below the image, the road was extended. The black background of the neon road sign was extracted using the magic wand and a slight shadow was added. The blending mode of the label words, multimedia birds and word transfer was changed to color burn. Artstrokes, brushes and embellishments were added to complete the page.
