Process notes:
I really liked this effectit reminded me of Mondrian painting with all those lovely linear lines. Because it had a similar look/feel, I decided to use APP Chatter. I opened a blank page and placed the photo, masking it with a brush I created. I tried several artsy papers from APP Chatter and could not decide which one to use. So, I used bits and pieces of severalreverse masking in the sections I wanted. I used the spot healing brush to remove a few sharp edges and blend in any stray pixels. I added a brush from Metro Graffiti on the right side to draws your eye down the page. Then I duplicated the photo again and changed the blending mode to luminosity. The wordART from APP City Limits was added as the finishing touch and my walk around my imaginary city was completed.
