I gave the photo some Artistic Filters in Photoshop and duplicated that photo and gave it a Blendmode. In a new document, I clipped the photo to 2 brushes from APP Easter Chicks. I placed two backgrounds paper and blended them together with a layermask. I added a lot of brushes and transfers under and over the photo. I made a frame out of a selection and stroked 30 white pixels! I gave the frame some styles. I blended some elements in also with a layermask. I placed the elements from MultiMedia Chicks and I framed it with a frame from the FreeForm Frames. I placed some ChevronTextures. I placed the WordArt and typed some text. I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
