I used the Artistic Filter Poster Edges on my photo to make it a little bit more artistic.
In a new document I clipped my photo to a FotoBlendz Overlays No. 2, and a copy of the photo I clipped also to ScriptTease FotoBlendz No. 3. Another copy of the photo was resized a lot smaller, and came on top of them. I carefully placed the photo to follow the lines of the underlying photo. Another copy I gave a Gaussian blur so I only got blurred colors from the photo. That came under the little photo and above the photomasks. I framed the little photo. I placed the background paper and all the brushes. Mostly texture brushes from WallTextures No. 1 and Coastal No. 1. I colored them with Color Overlay. I placed some elements from ArtPlay Palette Beach. I placed the WordArt. I gave some accents with the DcorStamps.
I merged all the layers and did some sharpening work
