I started by making copies of the photo! I did 2 different phototreatments on the photos a kind of sketchy and a graphic one. I merged them together with a layermask.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a paintbrush that I made a lot bigger. Magic Lights came over the photo set to Soft Light Blendmode. I placed the Artsy Bits and Pieces (I made some of the ABP Black & White for this page.) I placed the Loopilooza and strokes. I placed the Word Arts.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
