Absolutely love my Instant Pot I received at Christmas. I've always been scared to death of pressure cookers but this one does not scare me at all. So glad you are having fun with yours. I love the round ribbon you used...looks like the top of a pot. The orange spats and stamped rings are a wonderful addition. Wonderful job and congrats on great meals.
